I backed up my blackberry tour onto my mac, then my blackberry got stolen. How do I access the file now so that I can transfer the info to my new Palm Pre Plus?
It's saved as a .bbb file, and my mac doesn't have an application that will open it.
How do I access the file? Or how can I convert it into a .csv file?
The new version BB Desktop manager 5.0 says it will transfer your stuff from a BB to a Palm or windows device.
It's the device switch wizard.
Borrow a deactivated phone, restore your stuff to it, and then transfer the stuff.
If any of you may still think or read this topic, I want to share with you that BlackBerry Backup Extractor works like a charm when recovering data from a .bbb backup. Good luck!
