New Building at Town Centre/Rte 17 (chapel, restaurant, parking)

Does anyone know what is being built in the Town Centre parking lot area/rte 17? I don't see a sign anywhere and am curious.

Do you mean that old chapel that's right off the bridge to the right on 17? Every time I see it I think what a great place for a restaurant.

Also, anyone heard of opening for Basil in Seaside Farms? Seems like it's taking them forever to finish building. Maybe ran out of money?

I heard a delay in liquor license. Not sure is this is true.
