Did anyone get the Sunday paper today? I am just wondering if there are supposed to be coupons in it. We bought a paper and this is the first time in 5 months that there has not been one single coupon insert. Every Sunday I cut the coupons out and hope to eventually use some. I have read about people stealing the coupon inserts because of that Extreme Couponing show, which is totally fake. It has been reported that at least one of the stores on that show changed the coupon policy just to film the show there.

Nope. Most holiday weekends they don't put any in it. There might be one in the Parade but that is it. My favorite coupon site reminded us ahead of time.

Here in the greater Charlotte area people are stealing coupon inserts from the paper boxes.

Thanks! I just assumed there was supposed to be coupons because the Walgreen's flyer has some items that state "coupon in most Sunday papers."
Now I know not to look for coupons on holiday weekends!

I know my next door neighbor must have been disappointed too. She's a "super couponer" and subscribes to 8 Sunday papers each week.
