Not too sure if anyone are thinking of going to a liquidation sale at the old Circuit City at Rivers Ave.

Me and the wife went to it today and what a rip off. The advertisement it gave was totally wrong. The items they have on sale are more expensive than what they say. It is also $5 to enter.

So beware if anyone wants to go.

We spent $10 to enter and walked out with bugger all. A lot of people were pi$$ed off.

This is kind of an old scam. Any liquidation sells requires an entrance fee or any sales requires an entrance fee...walk away

Oh I did and I still am beachme. I told a few people when we left, and they soon turned away after what I told them what was going on inside.

I had one of the sales people in a spin when I was looking at 22" LCD on sale for for $199. He wasn't impressed when I price checked it on amazon.com for $99.

The laptops they had on sale was scandalous. They looked about 4-5 years old and some were selling for around $400.

These "sales" are the same everywhere. I went to one in MA earlier this year before moving here. There were very little deals, although I did buy a laptop that I am happy with. I wouldn't go to another one again.

We went several weeks ago, but didn't go in. As soon as they told us we had to pay to enter we walked away.
