I didn't realize the breast cancer 5k is the same day on DI. It'll be mostly over by 10...awards ceremony at 10. The finish line and festivities is at the family circle tennis center. Anyone familiar enough with DI to know how close that actually is to Laura Alberts? I'm wondering if it will be like the bridge run where everyone takes over all the nearby parking lots? Any thoughts?

I don't know anything about this race, but it looks like the restaurant is just a couple of blocks from the starting place of the race. The website states they want 12,000 participants this year. Last year there were 11,000 participants. That's a lot of traffic!
When they have anything at the Family Tennis they designate parking lots in the fields..however, if they get the numbers they are suggesting, those fields will not be enough to accommodate the crowds. Laura Alberts doesn't have dedicated parking and it's quite close to the Family Tennis Center.
