Anyone have input on the Wescott Plantation in Summerville some nice homes around 300 K. Any thoughts? Any suggestions to good areas in Summerville ?

I like wescott. Has a nice walking trail, ponds, etc. Only negative is it's a little far from 26 and Dorchester Road sucks.

Wescott is nice, it is not real close to downtown Summerville or Charleston kind of out of the way on Dorchester Rd with access to other places via Patriots Dr and Palmetto Commerce Pkwy....

I live in Wescott and am very happy here. I'm looking forward to the new shopping center they've already broken ground on. The highest priced homes now are at $289,900. No longer at or in the 300's.
