Hubby said he's a big fan of The Creole Truck. So he's happy to go. Really that man is a bit of a foodie so I think he would like going either way but he wanted to pass on a thumbs up for The Creole Truck.

Well, this rodeo is close enough to my house that I can go for cinnamon buns and coffee when they first open and then back later for lunch (and more coffee).
I do wish the donut truck was going to be there.
The creole truck was at the Cajun Fest, and we really enjoyed their food then also.
