I got my Thermacell at Walmart (per Tom's suggestion back in August). They seem to have them in stock year-round. Mine didn't help a great deal with the mosquitoes but I'm fairly certain that's because NOTHING will ever help me with mosquitoes. Those little buggers love me and my poor kid. I never had any issues with the noseeums but maybe we moved here after their peak?

I totally freaked when I would see them when I first moved here. They are like ants outside at night and I would run from them. After being here for a couple years I have become used to them. I no longer run from them and I am pretty good at killing them in the house. After a while you will get used to them too.

It takes about 15 minutes for it to warm up and you should see little bits of smoke coming out when it is working, covers about 1/4 acre.

Robynn, I have one that you can have if you'd like. I moved out of my house and into an apartment with a little screened in porch so I won't be using it. Let me know!
