My name is Paul and I live in Goose Creek. I have written and had published a children's book, called "The Boy Who Had No Skin". I am wondering, are there any groups of authors -- specifically of children's books -- in this area? Failing that, are there groups who are just interested in children's books in general -- readers as opposed to writers? Just trying to reach out and be friendly and a good neighbor.
Also try the South Carolina Writers Association. They have regional groups that meet on a regular basis.
