Hey I was just wondering: thought if you were comfortable in saying so, there's a lot of knowledge here in our little Charleston thread. If you aren't concerned with privacy, I would love to know what everyone's professions are. It would be interesting to see what backgrounds everyone comes from...
I'm a stay-at-home-mom but a degree in Social Work. I make vintage spoon/fork jewelry as a hobby and I'm going to start selling at fairs, etc. Originally from Maine, been in SC for almost 10 years and Charleston area for almost 3 years. That is me in a nut shell....
Downtown market type crowd...Etsy...that type of thing.
Do you have a good inventory already made? If so I could DM you some contacts that may be able to either sell your products or get you in touch with folks who can.

I do. Maybe you could private message me? I love making it but not sure how I'm going to love selling it. I'd love to sell some to small shops but I figured with festivals and fairs I could sell it at affordable prices. I think the items are twice the cost that I want to sell them down at the Charleston Market. I truly want people to be able to afford it without paying an arm/leg. I haven't pushed the sale thing because I am building up an inventory for the upcoming festival.
Edited to add:I also provide kitten foster care year round in my home, as a volunteer for a local animal shelter. I have a rough life, I tell ya.
