Chs2014, I tried to rep your post but CD system wouldn't let me. The linked page goes back to 2010 and I notice that in 2010, 11 and 12 Charleston was honored in the "most attractive residents" category. What are we doing wrong in 2013 - 14? Did someone special move out of town?
