What about the beer pub in the back? I haven't ever been there (and don't like beer) but just wondering if they have a lease problem too ... ?
House of Brews has a very sustainable clientele from what i have witnessed. Whenever I go there, there is reasonable crowd at the beer taps and in the back yard. They have a wide assortment of beers to buy and take home.

I can't be the only one who is confused when seeing that "Private Property" sign tacked onto their business sign out front.
They responded to me on Facebook and said they are still there. Wasn't really the answer to the question I asked, but I assume they are unaffected.
It's two seperate buildings and so might be completely different ownerships involved. Without checking the tax records I'd say that the bar has a lower rent due to the facts that they are not street view, they've been there much longer, and probably have an older lease in place.

Having two better hot dog places just up the street doesn't help either.
Absolutely.
It simply was not that good. We tried several times. For the price we initially expected more, and expected the product to get better with time.
