Del Webb The Haven at New Riverside (Summerville, Bluffton: HOA, live)

Hello,

Does anyone know anything about Del Webb's new development The Haven at New Riverside. It looks like it is a smaller development then Sun City. Which I prefer. The HOA is a little less as well. I am going to do a discovery tour in June. I know Del Webb has a place in Summerville as well. Where is New Riverside? I appreciate any advice.

I talked to a friend that lives at Sun City Hilton Head (Bluffton, SC). He says The Haven at Riverside is a few miles south from them (toward Savannah) and has no association with them including the use of their amenities. He said as a golfer, he would have no interest in The Haven but he could understand how non golfers would. He also said Sun City has many more amenities than The Haven so what amenities you would want should be a consideration.
