It's interesting Costco can build a store in 6 months, but it takes Whole Foods a year to build a store with a dirt floor. LOL!

I’ve seen them take 2 years to build a fire station. All about funding and motivation I guess.

I don’t get the dirt floor thing. Isn’t the slab the first thing they build? Maybe they want that “organic” look.

Must be. Maybe they're going for a rustic feel. They even have the electricity done. No slab. Lights, no floor.

Ha ha, the new theme is recreating the local farmers market? They could spread some straw around the floor...
