Can someone tell me in what neighborhoods I can find Charleston-style homes in the Summerville area for around $200,000- $225,000? I love that style home Thanks a bunch.

Mason Park in Weatherstone. Centex built and in the most convenient location in Summerville. I live here and think it is great. There are a few lots left and a few inventory homes as well. The after sale service is excellent here.

Heatherwoods in the Eagle run area has these types of home, but they were built by Meridian that is now out of business. Based on what I saw of them, I would not recommend them to anyone.
