Now that we have decided to make the move to Charleston in September I need to know the all important question?!?

Should I become a Tiger fan or a Gamecock fan?!?

Is there a regional aliance? Is there a great rivalry between the two? I lived in Cary, NC in the 80's and I love the rich tradition of the college sports and I am excited to join the mix!!

I'd love some input!

Well, since we don't have any football bias here (half are Gamecock fans, the other half Tiger fans) you can choose either!

How about becoming a CHARLESTON BATTERY fan instead?

Go by color of choice.
True fans paint their house exterior either orange or red.

Local professional soccer team. http://charlestonbattery.com/welcome.asp. I'd also recommend rooting for the Charleston Riverdogs. www.riverdogs.com

Yeah, but since I am a Gamecock fan I figured I could crack on them. lol

Oh did you hear Spurrier is running for sheriff?

Waccamatt, I think it's more like it gets swept under the hill they run down. That's why the touch that rock while running down the hill. It's to leave their fingerprints.
(Just joking Clemson fans.)
