Does anyone have a recommendation for a good heat & a/c guy in the Summerville area? I'd prefer someone inependant rather than a national or regional company.

Thanks.

Jay

PS: If this posts twice, I'm sorry. Tried once and I didn't see the post come up. My internet seems to be out and am using the Blackberry.

We've used Troy Pardee at Parachute H&A and have been very happy. He is local.

Thanks for the link.

I failed to mention that I need a commercial HVAC guy.

Not sure if Troy does commercial work. I left a message.

There is a guy who live right off of Orangeburg Rd who does commercial work and owns the business. His name is Chris and the company is Reliable Heating and cooling. 843-814-0198

Thanks, magnasty. I'll keep that in mind.

Troy called me back, and while he doesn't do commercial restaurant work, he's still going to come and check my systems for me. Seemed like a nice fellow on the phone.

I'll try to remember Chris in the future.

I hope it works out for you. Troy has been very nice the two times we've used him and he was less expensive than who put our new construction unit in. We had serious doubts about the original company so I searched and found Troy on the internet.

Troy was extremely nice and performed a good check for me. I think I'd have him work on my residential a/c any day.
