When I was out there I did not notice any noise from the Bridge, although in retrospect there must have been some but it was certainly not distracting.

Just wondering.. Is there a lot of noise from the overhead bridge traffic?

Glad that you like the photos. I have 66 photos of the waterfront park in my city-data albums. Keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on the pier itself and I believe there is fishing equipment for rent.

This is my understanding:

The pier has a commercial saltwater license, so the new saltwater license for anglers is not required. The fishing fee is $5 for Charleston County residents, $3 for children 12 and younger and $8 for anglers who live outside the county.
