We are planning to move to either Charleston or Savannah. We are going to be looking at several places in the Summerville area while in Charleston. Just today, I was led on to a place that a friend of a friend is going to be renting at the Ventura Villas at Snee Farm. I haven't been able to find to much info on the place (the Villas in particular). Can anyone tell me about the Villas Section (the whole place seems to be quite large). I guess it is a 2bed/bath, which is exactly what I am looking for...but can't find what amenities are there (pool, tennis, fitness, etc). Any tips on the area would be great!

Thanks,

Bill

Snee Farm has a pool, tennis courts, and golf membership available. There is also a club house. In it's prime this was the place to be in Mount Pleasant. It is still a nice older subdivision in the new heart of Mount Pleasant. Close to everything shopping, restaurants, IOP.

Hi Bill,

Snee farm is an older neighborhood, built generally around the 1970's. Ventura Villa's were built, I think, in the late 1970's. They were/are in a contemporary style, not to everyone tastes.

Snee Farm is a largish community, with a lot of green space due to the golf course. It has a lot of large mature trees.

It has a good central position to beach, I 526, shopping, resturuants, etc.
