Yes I have known about this. I wrote a Blog about it a while back. Before the developer went bankrupt and the market slowed down. It's was pretty exciting master planned community if it ever gets out off the ground.

There has been some clearing. We just assumed that it was underbrushing. Maybe some light logging. It isn't being clear cut.
