I haven't had any replys to the post I made about taking over someone's lease.

We are now pretty open to getting a townhouse/condo/apt. seeing that houses are becomming more and more distant...

If we get a th/condo/apt we really want to try and get one w/an attached garage. It has to be under $1000. Am I dreaming here??

In the perfect world I'd find a corner townhouse w/hardwood floors, 2 bed/2ba, with garage and our backyard fenced in. But, we know this world is far from perfect!!! But, hey, I can dream!

Like I said before, we like the Goose Creek area off of St. James by the walmart and Crowfield Plantation.

What townhouse/condo/apt communites do you all suggest (they dont have to meet my specifications, I just want to know what places you think are the best and safest.)

Thanks!

You can filter your search on craigslist based on price, bedrooms, and and keyword search. I advertise my condo there and have had success renting it out. We live in Mount pleasant and find that the safest along with Daniel Island.

Persimmon Hill is in your price range. Right now there are four available for lease. It is a safe neighborhood and close to shopping. I have sold a few town homes in there.
