My family and I are looking to rent a large home (8 or 9 bedroom) on the Isle of Palms for the week of 6/5 through 6/12. We have been using the VRBO site, but there doesn't seem to be the perfect home available for that week. We would like to be near the Windjammer, if possible. We would also like a pool table, swimming pool, and screened in porch. Anyone have any advice? Thank you.

Default Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion. I did check that website, but unfortunately they don't have any 8 or 9 bedroom homes available that week.

Didn't IOP just pass an ordinance that would restrict the number of renters per house to 12? You may need to check into this.

I think it was for new construction and existing properties would be grandfathered in?
