Recycling glass? (Charleston, Huntington, South Charleston: area, place, landfill)

Is there anyplace in the Charleston area to recycle glass? The center on Slack does not have a bin for it. I just found out that South Charleston does not pick up glass either. I've seen a glass recycling bin in Target but that's it. There must be a better way than hauling my bin into target and dumping it there?
