Good afternoon all, I'm thinking about taking a trip down to Carowinds in October for Scarowinds and I was wondering if anyone could give an opinion.
Since we're coming from Raleigh, we'll spend some time in the area, will probably do the regular park during the day and come back for the haunted part at night.
One quick additional question - in additon to the haunted areas, are the rides open as well at night? Maybe it says it on the website and I missed it...but I was wondering.
They do a great job at Scarowinds. The rides are open at night as well. It does get crowded so if you plan on leaving in the afternoon and returning in the evening like you said, give yourself time to park as you can easily get stuck in traffic.
