My wedding will be in April of 2013 so I'm planning ahead of time. I want to have everything all at one place but would love to have the reception outside, ceremony inside. I love flowers so I would love to have a beautiful area for the reception. I'm planning to keep my total cost under 10k. I will need a place that will allow outside catering too. If anyone know of a good venue please let me know. Thank you in advance!

How many people? You may have a hard time keeping it under 10k.
VanLandingham does it all - but is more than that, I believe.
You may want to look at Asbury Park Grove //Homepage\\ - they have outside and inside options, etc.

I have been to several events at Asbury Park Grove and their catering is excellent. I think it is the best food in the area especially for the price.

I lived in Indian Trail so anywhere within 20 minutes would be great. It will be a small wedding of about 100 people. Asbury Park Grove is one of my options. I loved Daniel Stowe Botanical but its pricey. I also found this place in Monroe called Victorian Crow's Nest. It looks nice! Thanks for the advices. I will keep these in mind & keep searching.

What is considered a large wedding?? I live in Waxhaw and am getting married in 2012. I am only having about 65 and thought that was small. I think it will be very hard to keep to a $10k budget for 100. You may need to cut costs whether it be on the venue, or the amount of people.

You may be able to hold the reception on the grounds outside, the spring azaleas are beautiful !

Let me correct my mistakes. I want to have the ceremony outside & reception indoor but all in one location. The max I want to spend on my wedding is 15k. Thanks for all your inputs. I am still searching...

The Palmer Building! Perfect place for that price! Weddings outside in the courtyard!
