There's Lane Bryant & Catherines. Kohl's, Macys, Belk, JC Penney & Sears all carry plus size that I know of for sure.

There are several malls in the area....Northlake is the mall where Torrid is.
Other malls are Carolina Place, South Park as well as Concord Mills.
The anchor stores at the malls will carry plus sizes.

Have no clue about the asian market?

Charlotte was a small town at one time.

There is something called the Asian Mall at Tryon and Sugar creek. We used to go to a pho restaurant in there but it's become too sketch. There's also a store called Super G Mart on Independence that carries tons of Asian groceries and products as well as South and Central American and Indian (technically Asian, I know). It's a great store with a terrific Korean restaurant within it. Not sure if that answers your question?

There's a plus size store at the Arboretum called Avenue.
