I beleive I read something that the propety was owned by CMS and they were building a school there and also looking to sell the rest of the land to a developer for single family homes or townhomes. However, I could be mistaken. BTW in that new shopping center with Farleys...has anyone gone to the Indian place (Cafe Nirvana I think it's called) any reviews?
Farley's is my default Pizza place, I like it better than the slices at Tony's or the Pizza at Figaro's in Indian Land. Now if I could just talk someone into opening a Buddy's Pizza down here (Detroit shoutout!). I certainly don't have the cajones to do so!
We went to Cafe Nirvana on opening weekend, will have to give it another try sometime, however I prefer the Buffet at Bombay Grill on Pineville-Matthews better, simply because Bombay Grill uses deboned chicken in their Curry, vs. the bone-in at Cafe Nirvana.

I wasn't a big fan of Farley's. One issue is that you can't see them making the pizza like most pizza places do. What's the secret? Also, I want to see the ovens, it seems as if they have one of the conveyer style (maybe I'm wrong) rather than the "Bakers Pride" type slide in and cook. Cafe Nirvana has me interested since it's so close. Seemed kind of pricey for lunch, my wife saw an ad that said something like $9.00 for a lunch buffet is that right? How was the food other than the bone in chicken?
