Can anyone tell me more about River Run in Davidson. I have been hearing alot of great things about this development. Was wondering if anyone on the forum lives there and how they like it. Thanks!

I don't live there but it is a nice neighborhood of very large mostly custom homes on good sized lots. It's a bit isolated for my tastes but this might appeal to others and it's close to Davidson. In this price range there are a lot of options including places right on the lake or in the very lovely town of Davidson.

I did some checking and the lowest price home is $389.000 and then there are ones in the 2 million range. I agree, Yantosh, if you are going to spend the money it is best if you think about location.
