I recently got my MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration. I currently live in Ohio, but would like to relocate to Charlotte. How is the Healthcare job market? What advice would you give me on how to job hunt and relocate? I do not want to move without having a job. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

From my understanding, your chances would be better in the Raleigh/Durham metro. Best of luck though!
Are you working towards becoming a fellow in ACHE? That will be your best networking tool. Also, did you do an administrative internship? If not . . . hospitals are not likely to hire you without that experience under the belt. Most administrators have some clinical background of some sort (do you?) and have worked in hospitals - or they got their foot in the door when they did their internship.
What about your graduate school - do they not have a networking system you can work through? These are a few ideas to get you started. Landing a job in hospital admin, without having already worked in a hospital, is not an easy proposition these days. You really need to find an advocate and/or mentor. My suggestion is . . . if you can land a job where you are currently - TAKE IT. Then, once you have experience, you can look into relocating - as you will have a resume showing your track record.
Good luck! Healthcare iAdmin s a challenging and rewarding field.
