if by "I will" you mean "I will post up any remotely negative article I can dredge up" then I trust you will.
indeed
Think about it is way: "A man is likely to mind his own business when it is worth minding, When it is not, he takes his mind off his own meaningless affairs by minding other people's business."

I for think BOA deserves all the bad things comming. While I feel bad for some losing their jobs(But not those who set their policies). BOA has predatory and downright crooked banking policies. I am so glad that I will be awarded some of the money they lost in the recent lawsuit against them. I think everyone should sue them! They had it comming for years. Any support for them would be supporting a company who screws all of its customers! I hope BOA burns for an eternity in Hell!
what I don't understand is how they are still hiring at BoA if all of this is true... I was contacted by a recruiter from there this morning! I am currently employed, so I don't know if it would be worth the risk or if I'm better off just staying put.

The scuttle butt is that 30k will be let go, lawsuits are piling up and two executives high on the chain were dismissed today. One would be risking a whole lot to accept a position there.

lolscuttlebutt... The hypocrisy of the federal govt suing these direct dealers of their own treasury dept. It blows my mind. The term "bank" is so beyond what it used to mean.

Those lawsuits don't just target BAC.
Banks are not banks any longer, they are "stores".
Several banks are being sued but this thread is about bofa....

Yeah, big box stores of financial ruin. lol
I understand that this is a BAC thread - I was just pointing out that the lawsuits are not solely on them. In context to the health of the financial sector overall, that matters.
Bank of America Chief Executive Officer Brian Moynihan today announced a reorganization of the company's management that aligns the company's operating units with its three core customer groups: individuals, companies, and institutional investors. Moynihan appointed David Darnell and Tom Montag to the newly-created positions of co-chief operating officers, accountable for all of the company's operating units. This reorganization is effective immediately.
