Spring Water delivery in Charlotte (best, area, companies)

Hi,
I am new to the Charlotte area and I am looking for Spring Water delivery that is approved by the North Carolina Spring Water Associate to verify that it is 100% Spring Water and not mixed with municipal water. Clearly Carolina used to but now they sold out to Diamand Springs Water that is not approved.
