My daughter works near Center City, but commutes from Hickory. She is currently looking at completing her four-year degree by going to school at night.
Charlotte has numerous colleges where someone can complete their degree at night. She will be pursuing her degree in either business or social work. She has completed around 50 hours of classes. She is hoping she can graduate within 2 1/2 years.

Where are some safe campuses? Are there any campuses that have easy access to I-85 south to Gastonia? What are some of the more affordable schools?

Thank you all for your imput

Her best bet, to avoid the commute at night and hazzards of driving alone at night up and down 85 and 321 for extended periods, would be:

1. Consider getting an online degree. Be sure the school is accredited and not a diploma mill.
2. Look at Gardner Webb...they use to have classes at the Gaston College campus.

If she wants to go at night in Charlotte then she should look at Queens University, UNCC or the Wake Forest MBA Charlotte program.
