I'm trying to find out some info on KB Home. I'm looking into buying into their Mooresville community. Any info appreciated.

Thanks

We live in St. JOhn and we had are ups and downs with the building process. I think they build and okay home we only plan on staying hear for about 4-5 yrs. though so we aren't too concerned about how long the house will actually last.

I will tell you that most of their developments are very low in price in comparision to other places but once you get inside the design studio everything is an option..like window sills, interior doors..it is crazy. Plan on adding at least $30,000 to your bill.

We looked at Waterlynn last year and loved the floor plans, but I could not STAND all the traffic around town at all times of the day. (I'm not use to a 10 min wait at a street light)
We did end up purchasing a KB Home but in The Village of Evanton in the Berewick community.
There was a certain point just in the purchase process, where we were about to throw in the towel, but we hung in there.
We spent ALOT on options but on things we felt weren't any more expensive if you were to have a trade come in and do it for you.
It was wierd; the hard wood flooring option I really wanted, would have been $16K!!! But the the lights above the vanity were only $45...it was really hard to figure out.
Good luck in your search and I hope you find what you are looking for; I know we did.
