Just wondering if anyone has any contact information for a company that will rent/lease out your home for you while it is currently for sale, in the Lake Norman area?
We have a home there and we are unfortunately moving back to South FL for work. I'd like to get it rented out while its currently for sale. I have heard of folks who will take you up on this offer for a severely reduced rate with the agreement that the home is fully furnished by them and maintained in showing condition.
Can't remember where I heard of it, I think on the news, but was wondering if anyone has heard of such a thing?
