Hello,

I'm trying to dump Time Warner, but I can't seem to find another internet service provider? I rent in Ballantyne village, does anyone know what other internet options are available...My TWC bill just skyrocketed, the introductory price is over

First I would call TWC and tell them you are thinking about leaving and see what promotions or specials they can offer you. I do this a few times per year and save tons of money. If you stream a lot of movies or play online games than TWC has the fastest connection speeds and is really your only option. If you just use the interent for email and web browsing, you can check out ATT DSL or uverse (may not be in your area). Also check out Windstream.

I've squeezed TWC twice already and they don't seem to be playing anymore. Windstream appears to be a no-go, as does ATT...I have to call ATT to see what gives. They seem to be able to run a phone line but not internet?....

I have never had a problem with TWC. Their Internet is faster than DSL so if its price, call them and say you want to disconnect, they will transfer you to their retention team and will give you a better deal.

I called and they aren't lowering the price enough for me. I'd like to explore other options if there are any. ATT doesn't seem to serve this location, nor does Windstream...
