I believe that I am likely to be moving to Charlotte end of July, witha month of accomodation provided. That would have me looking to rent my own place from 1 Sep 2012... which is, I believe, the week of the DNC.
So, do you think that would cause a problem? I am just thinking that landlords with an empty house at that time may be looking to make a quick buck from higher weekly rental...
So what do you reckon and how far out would that problem stretch (Fort Mill etc?) if it is a problem? NEed to decide whether I need to look for an additional week or two of accomodation ni my work package...
If you go with an agency such as T.R. Lawing, you should not have any problem renting as of Sept 1. They do not do weekly or even monthly rentals. You might consider contacting them to be sure.
