I will be relocating to Charlotte at the end of May/early June
I am really interested in renting a townhome in Montieth Park or Rosedale- anyone know of any?? i would rather rent to get to know the area first before committing to something

You can rent a townhome at the Landings where I live (TEMPORAILY!). It's not the Taj Mahal but it's cheap in a good location.

I've seen a few for rent signs in the Monteith Park townhomes. A realtor could probably make contact with the owners for you.
The Glens at Birkdale Commons is a senior community that is for rent in the Huntersville Lake Norman area.
