I noticed there are 5 houses for sale on Sunrise Circle in the subdivision, The Harbour at the Pointe. Is there a problem on this street? Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks!

I think the developer may have run into financial trouble - got overextended from buying those extra vowels.

Maybe they got tired of dealing with traffic.

The Harbour at the Pointe Subdivision in Mooresville

My guess would just be that they can't afford their million dollar homes on the lake anymore.

A lot of those houses must feel very lonely inside. I imagine that it's like living inside a shopping mall for some of them.

I can't offer any insight for that exact area, since I don't live there, but I think that between the slight uptick in the market and the unbelievable interest rates, that many who have been waiting to sell are ready to jump in now. I have noticed many properties in my area, esp the more expensive ones, are hitting the market hard. We are in the Ballantyne area.
