My son-in-law was the intended victim in this shooting. The scum bag was in his tractor trailer when he came out of the store. When he climbed back in the truck the punk pulled a gun on him. The punk proceeded to get his a$$ kicked. The fight spilled into the parking lot and the punk started shooting hitting the clerk in the leg.
Some stupid law prohibits possession of a firearm in tractor trailers!
