The most expensive house I can find in Mecklenburg County by tax value is a mere 25,000 sq ft (only 19K is heated though), has three elevators, six full baths, 4 half baths and unlike most properties the building is valued at several times more than the land for a total of about ~$8.6 million dollars.

Anyone want a guess where it is?

I had a friend that built a firepoll in to his house so the kids could get from their room to the laundry faster. I think it was a trick.

The only house I found around that price range was in Lake Norman.

The only rollerskating rink I know of is Kate's Skates.

Is it DeeDee Harris' house? She owns the largest private home in Charlotte.

Oh? The Harris house is a couple to few hundred feet larger in total but the house I'm speaking of is thousands of square feet bigger for the heated area. That's how I sorted the database. Also, Harris only has two elevators.

This other house isn't far from hers though but is worth millions less with her value more in land.

I'm going to look deeper because the name is very surprising to me and it's possible it's not the person we would assume it is but it's not a common name either. I don't know if anyone would guess him in the top 100 tries.

And sorry for the thread title. It's awful and idk what I was thinking. Well, obviously I know what I was thinking but the idea wasn't to get people to think there might be a new rink.

Ah, you're talking in heated square footage. Guess it's not the largest in that. And ONLY two elevators, haha.

So you have one elevator or one and a half elevators? I'd be more impressed by a house with an escalator. Now that would be pretty boss.
