So my wife and I have narrowed our search down and would like to be in the Concord/ Lake Norman area. I'm an avid angler and own a bass boat. We would like to be in a neighborhood that is family friendly, safe, newer, no HOA, and close to the lake. I like to keep my boat on the side of the house so I know its safe so we would also like a neighborhood where the houses are not 6 feet apart from each other and come with a decent size lot. Our price range is 300k-350k and we would like a house that was built in 2003 or newer, not rich by any means and we don't need a 6 bedroom home. We are looking at having children in the near future so family friendly and a good school district is a must. Any input helps. Thanks!
No idea if it's family friendly but I liked Magnolia Estates in Cornelius. I think most of the homes were 90's/00's but there were a few newer ones in there too.
