I see schools are very good in this area .

Any suggestions on the rezoning effect or Builder information

Looks like it is near to all shopping area

home prices are starting at 320k for 3 bed room ? looks little bit high ..

It doesn't look high to me. That sign went up maybe 4-5 months ago? I don't have any inside info, but know it backs up to Waverly - a new development its its flagship store being Whole Foods. That whole area at Providence and 485 is booming. Given the price of that land, I'd say homes will be high per sq ft.

I am also intrested in Tilley Manor...Just vistied the location last week and seems to be all woods...how safe is this location?...and is there any possibility of rezoning in future and in effect losing out Providence schools?

There is always a possibility of redistricting. That section of town could very easily end up at Butler High School. Not that there's anything wrong with Butler.

You can hear a lot of noise from the I-485 from where this is located. Would this affect the possible resale of houses or any other things that people can think of?
