I'm getting it from the CMS website. $2,500 is, as I said, COUNTY funding. The $8,523 includes ALL funding...state, federal, county, etc.

LOL. First of all, thats not what I said. Second, NYC has an city income tax. If you think its cheaper to live there, feel free to return. I'm guessing its not, and you won't.
