Hi Everyone--It's been a long time, however, it's been a very busy time. We have only been in our new house here in the Lake Norman area for 6 days and finally got connected to the internet again.
Our relocation from Phoenix Arizona began on Nov 1 with stops off to visit friends and relatives along the way and we totally took our time. We arrived in the Lake Norman area on the 11th and finally into our new house in Denver on the 15th. It's been crazy as moves always are, and it will take forever to get everything arranged the way we like it, etc. I have even made a trip to Hickory and bought some furniture already!
So far, we LOVE it just like we thought we would. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It was the best decision we could have ever made. If anyone would like to touch base, just let us know. We don't know everything there is to know (or even come close) about the area yet, but will help in anyway we can.
That's all I wanted to say, but the darn 20 character minimum is forcing me to type more before I can post this.
