Hi to all,
My family and I are considering relocating to the Belmont area, and I have a very specific question. We are looking at the Timberlake subdivision and LakePoint subdivision. Any views at all on either? Any info is appreciated.
Thanks.

We have friends who lived in both. Both families are very happy, have been there a long time and plan to stay.

Thank you so very much! Any complaints about traffic in that area?

I viewed homes in Timberlake and think it's a great area with good homes that people upkeep well. I don't know of the other subdivision but guessing it is further down the "peninsula" which may mean a longer commute if you are trying to get into Charlotte. I think that Soutpoint Rd. can be congested in the morning -- especially around South Point High. However, likely not too bad. Is it possible for you to try out the commuted before purchase? Belmont is a great town!!
