Have you heard the forecast? How bad is it gonna be?

Have you bought your bread, milk, toilet paper?

I hope so . . .but I am predicting ice . . . we will wake up w/ 28 d. and ice bending the trees . . . and electricity off all over the city . . . Duke Power trucks sliding around on roads . . .

Or maybe that is St. Louis I am thinking about.

Regardless . . . GO GET YOUR BREAD, you know. Just in case.

Great day for tow companies and auto repair.

Bad day if your in auto insurance.

Here is city data weather forecast that is provided by National Weather forecast which for the Charlotte region is base out of Greenville/Spartanburg.
I never understand why we dont have our own office
Charlotte, NC Weather Forecast and Current Weather

I thought this was redundant
FRIDAY NIGHT - A chance of rain in the evening - then rain likely after midnight. Near steady temperatures in the lower 40s. Southwest winds around 5 mph. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Isnt after midnight consider evening?

HEE HEE HEE. You know you gotta read these meterologists differently, Sunny. They have their own way of stating things.

They said "chance" of rain in evening . . . and rain "likely" after midnite. So most likely you won't get rain in the evening, but a teensy weensy small possiblity, but after midnite, much bigger chance, much more likely. LOL! They have their own way of hedging their bets!!!! All word games.

I am sticking to 28 d in the morning and ice on the trees!!!

Ya'll better go get your milk.

Now don't ruin it for me. I am watching for ICE. Please do not insert reality here . . . I am fantasizing about seeing the city come to a big grinding halt.

I am always relaxed. I meditate.

Just enjoy seeing the rest of the city get in a frenzy over bad weather and run to the grocery store. You know. Pick up the bread, milk and toilet paper.

Ya'll know I keep the pantry stocked so I don't have to run out and get a thing. But I do enjoy seeing everyone else at the grocery store. Like a big ole social event. Bad forecast - big day at the grocery store.

Just hoping for a little excitement over here in my quiet culdesac. Watching for the black Taurus out my window. Waiting on the sleet.
