Oakhurst what next ? (Monroe: school, shops, light rail)

I recently visited Oakhurst and I saw I think two developments, does any one know if they are planning to add or renew the shops on commonwealth av and moroe road ?

The site east of the school is being marketed for development. Nothing else in immediate future (that I see), but several happenings may spur development/redevelopment along the Monroe Road corridor inside of N. Sharon Amity in the coming years....

In the near future is the Monroe Rd streetscape project

In the long term, CATS is planning a new light rail (Silver Line) which will go down this wedge.
