Hey there. Well; my husband and I finally decided on a home in Fort Mill. But, we need short term housing while our home is being built and it won't be ready until late October early Nov. My husband will be working in Charlotte and we would like to find an apartment there. This gives me the opportunity to look for work also. Does anyone know of anything reasonable in a safe area for short term; possible three months?
Thanks

We just signed a 6-month lease in Plantation Park in Ballantyne. Not sure if they have 3-month leases, but it's worth checking. It's a nice location and the rent is reasonable.

We were able to work out a short term (3 months) rental at The Colony apartments and townhouses in South Charlotte near South Park mall. We even had a dog.

does anyone have any info on The Links at Citiside 5005 Community Circle, Charlotte, NC or Aspen Peak 8625 Winter Oaks Lane, Charlotte, NC or Oak Park At Briarcreek 1425 Eastcrest Drive, Charlotte, NC? I read on their website that they rent short term; 3 months very reasonable.
Any thoughts.

Default Camden

I know that the Camden Apts on Ballentyne Pkwy offer a month-to-month at a higher rent. A friend of mine was there just a couple of months back.
