Well . . . now we all know . . . can't eat grits w/o butter, salt and pepper, and wouldn't expect JP or anyone else to Kiss 'em w/o the appropriate condiments.

Well, I will round up my recipe and send it to ya. :-)

And b/c I like to be balanced, I found this article, JP, wh/ I thought was only fair to mention since it was published on 5/1.

Charlotte sees double-digit drops in housing starts, closings - Charlotte Business Journal:

Our market has stayed the course better than others, but there has definitely been a slowdown. However, this is still one of the best markets in the country, IMHO. Most of all - Charlotte is just a good place to live.

Grits or not.

I give up!!!! SIGH. Barking . . . that is just disgusting sounding, but as JP said . . . one should be allowed the condiments one prefers.

Let me know if you want the Shrimp N Grits recipe, too.

Send it on over! I'll give it a try. My wife can make it... Yea, I read the other article. No sense beating ourselves up over it, its tough everywhere but I do agree there are many places worse off than we are.
