Does anyone have any suggestions for neighborhoods in the Mooresville Graded School District in this price range? Established neighborhoods (with lots of young kids) preferred over new. I'm looking for relatives that are interested in the area. Thanks!

Mooresville Graded Schools are in the CITY limits only.

There are some nice new neighborhoods on 150. If you are coming from Charlotte take Exit #36 and turn right and go about 5 miles (away from the lake) and there are a couple of nice neighborhoods on the right and left. Sorry don't know the names.

GOOD LUCK!

Hi, I live on Brumley road which is outside the city limits and we are in the MGSD. There is alot to choose from in this area. Lots of nice established neighborhoods and new ones as well. You really need a knowledgeable realtor to help you.

Go West young (wo)man! Take exit 36 and go WEST, check out Perth Road neighborhoods (Mooresville Station) and even Brawley School Road (Chesapeake Cove, Watertree Landing). Stay as close to the lake as possible to maintain decent home values.

Default Morrison Plantation

You could check out Morrison Plantation. It is west of I-77 about a mile on the left. 400+ homes, pool and shopping in the same location.

Harris Village on Hwy 3. There's about 10 homes for sale here now. No more new construction, all resales. Nice community, nice homes, community pool & lots of kids.

Default Check out Farmstead Estates

It is a small friendly community. It is wooded and there are no HOA fees!

Forgot to tell you, we are in the MGSD. We do have a HOA, fees are $450 for the year. You can PM me if you'd like more info on the community.
